Camera Obscura’s gotten more Swedish (I’m thinking 1970s Swedish, not 2000s Swedish) since jumping to 4AD, it seems. I might miss the western leanings of Let’s Get Out of This Country and it might be the same set of vocal hooks as “I Need All The Friends I Can Get,” but it looks like Tracyanne Campbell’s voice is still killing me on a pretty consistent basis. Pretty excited for the full-length.
